ABOUT ME

I love striking martial arts, I also love learning, being a student. I study different martial arts to weaponise the human body. I am a firm believer in building consistency, resilience, mental training, intelligence, endurance in life from the Striking and Grappling Arts.

I also believe in being the best provider and protector you can be for you and your family. That is why I study martial arts and that is why I am here to make as much money as humanly possible to protect and provide for my family and whatever is leftover is used to help suppport other businesses and organisations and causes that move forward humanity in a positive direction.

I also believe men should be doing more work than everyone else - than the women, the kids and should have a higher standard to live up to. This does not mean we don’t get angry, resentful, bitter, sad, jealous - it’s all the process of and the question of “Do I actually want to be better?” If the answer to that is a resounding Yes for you, then your in the right place. If your on the fence about that question, your in the wrong place.

Respect, committment, attitude, consistency, turning up even when you don’t want to, are all things that are important to me. Actions also speak louder than words. There is too many people in the world with words but no action to back it up. I’ve noticed 99% of people are like this.

And finally keep your circle small and be around people that are savages, monsters, killers because if your around people or environments that you don’t like to be, you will end up being like them from the sheer proximity of them.

MY COACHING METHODOLOGY

Striking: Learn and develop anything that helps you hit someone or something as hard as you can, as fast as you can, as effetively as you can and do the highest level of damage.

High Performance: Perform highly consistently, this requires building up your baseline. Whatever it is, it does not matter. You just get to a place where you can operate at a high capacity safely. Without injuries and sickness. We will time to time get sore and be mentally spent but if you understand the rest and recovery techniques and processes then you should be able to be in the game for anything all the time.

Mens Work: Be the best version of a man you can be.

Provide, protect for your loved ones.

Give to those that respect and value you.

Do not waste your time, energy and effort with people that do you respect and value you.

Always keep learning and developing. Being a better hunter always requires sharpening the blades and skills.
