This is my very first course released. It’s a way that you can build your fundamentals. There is a mass of options out there in the market this is just one of them. I encourage you to seek out other ones as well, this is the absolute ground foundation you want to set for your body.

It’s unnecessary to push super hard, we want to get you in a position where you feel loose, flexible, be proficient at the baseline fundamentals of striking. When you can hit something hard with effective force, speed and with good technique you are on your way to striking with variety and flair.
